THAILAND MICROBIOME (ThaiMERR) is an initiative website for microbiome community in Thailand,
to support Thailand Microbiome database, Education and Research Resources.
The convenient and user-friendly access to database, current researches of Thai scientists, free education
and
research services through wet-lab protocols and automatic computer analysis pipelines, and forum for
questions and answers will advance the global knowledge of our Thailand microbiome.
Microbiome is everywhere. ThaiMERR is, aside from a community where Thai microbiome scientists and students amalgamate, aimed a collection of the Thailand culture-independent microbial diversity resources (database), in a dynamic format along an array of factors and in comparison with the global databases. With all contributions, ThaiMERR will represent a central point to discover microbiome resources of Thailand, ranging from environments and animals to human and health.
